HOW TO USE EACH PORT

You do not need an excursion
at every stop.

Choose one main feeling for each port. The day usually becomes easier, less expensive, and more memorable.

01A strong fit for families and parents

CocoCay | An easy beach day

Trams operate around the island. Chairs, umbrellas, tram service, and selected dining are generally included; the waterpark, cabanas, and selected adults-only areas cost extra.

02Decide whether the longer outing is worth it

St. Maarten | Town or plane beach

Philipsburg and Great Bay are simpler to explore independently. Maho Beach is more distinctive, but travel time and traffic need a generous return-to-ship buffer.

03Do not force three directions into one day

St. Thomas | Beach or hillside views

Make Magens Bay the focus if swimming matters most. For a lower-effort day, explore Charlotte Amalie and add one viewpoint. With parents, one main plan is usually enough.

DETAILS THAT CHANGE THE TRIP

Four things to settle
before choosing a sailing.

01

Arrive in Miami one night early

Do not connect an international or multi-leg flight directly to embarkation day. An overnight stay keeps weather and flight delays from becoming a missed sailing.

02

A cabin is more than its balcony

Check deck, forward or aft position, what is above and below, and how a sofa bed changes the walkway for a third or fourth guest.

03

Compare the complete trip cost

Place gratuities, shore activities, Wi-Fi, drinks, specialty dining, and port transportation beside the cruise fare before comparing options.

04

Port time is not entirely free time

Every stop has an all-aboard deadline. Independent days need room for traffic, queues, and the walk through the terminal—not the map's best-case estimate.

DAY BY DAY

A purpose to each day,
with the demanding parts made clear.

This is a representative rhythm for the journey. Cities, hotels, and sightseeing order may change by departure date. Before you decide, we review the final version with you point by point.

DAY 1

Board in Miami

Arrive around midday for security and embarkation. Use the afternoon to find dining rooms, complete the safety drill, and learn the pools and family facilities before sailing.

DAY 2

Perfect Day CocoCay, Bahamas

Choose a quieter beach, the pool, and standard island areas, or add the waterpark, a cabana, or snorkeling. It is easy to keep this port day simple.

DAY 3

At sea

There is no early meeting time. Explore onboard activities, see a show, or rest on deck; families can split up during the day and meet again for dinner.

DAY 4

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

Walk the waterfront and old streets, spend time at Great Bay, or add an island drive, catamaran outing, or a visit to the French side.

DAY 5

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

Typical choices include Magens Bay, the Skyride to Paradise Point, the historic center, or a snorkeling boat. One beach is often enough for an unhurried day.

DAY 6

A restorative sea day

After two port days, leave room for the pool, spa, specialty dining, or a shipboard show. Nothing needs to be scheduled.

DAY 7

Final day at sea

Enjoy the last full day onboard, review the account, pack, and confirm the next morning's disembarkation window.

DAY 8

Disembark in Miami

Leave the ship after breakfast. A flight after noon is usually more comfortable once luggage collection and airport travel are considered.
